We are happy to accept most managed care and private insurance plans, including Healthy Blue, AmeriHealth, Carolina Complete, and UnitedHealthcare. However, our team is here to help guide families through their options and, if needed, assist in finding a plan that works with our clinic. Your child’s health and access to care are our top priorities, and we’re always here to support you.
Yes, we do offer same-day appointments for children who are sick. If your child isn’t feeling well, please give us a call as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works for you. Your child’s health and comfort are important to us.

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We take a lunch break from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. If you have any questions or need help finding a time that works for your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!hildren who are sick. You bet! We speak “kid” fluently — whether that means using silly analogies, showing instead of telling, or just getting down on their level (literally). Our goal is to build trust, ease nerves, and make visits feel more like a team adventure than a doctor’s appointment.
We want teens to feel safe and heard, so we follow privacy laws that let them have some confidential conversations with us when appropriate. That said, we always encourage open, honest chats between teens and their families, too.
